About Us

1. We are one of the few Pennsylvania-based NIL registered athletic agents, with three registered athletic agents in our firm!

2. All three of us have been engaged with Pennsylvania high school athletics for 16-years together, and individually, for many years beforehand.

3. For the past 13-years we have led the Mr. PA Football program. For 2023, Mr. PA Football had 895 football player nominations receiving over 141,000 votes. The Finalists alone received more than 35,000 votes.

4. We run and manage an excellent 7 on 7 travel football team.

5. For the past 15-years, we have organized football showcases/combines, serving over 1,200 student-athletes.

6. For the past 10-years we have also run the equally successful Mr. and Miss PA Basketball program!

7. As a direct result we have some of the strongest relationships with high school and university coaches, administrators and parents of any student-athlete organization in Pennsylvania!

8. As a direct result, we see, meet, interact, and communicate with most of the top athletes in football and basketball in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, as early as middle school and freshman year.

9. We also have very strong relationships with many of the largest employers, businesses, and successful entrepreneurs across Pennsylvania.

10. Wayde Marsico has an approved scouting/recruiting service through the NCAA. NCAA Division I Men’s Football and Men’s Basketball/Women’s Basketball coaches are permitted to subscribe to this recruiting/scouting service.

11. In his company, our agent and general counsel, Kelly Lewis, Esquire, is the registered lobbyist for the Pennsylvania National Guard Associations (PNGAS), supporting their mission with one of the largest job boards in Pennsylvania (https://pngas.jobboardhq.com/) with some of the state’s largest employers, with more than 12,000 job postings.

12. Two of our three agents, Ron Marsico and Kelly Lewis, served in the Pennsylvania General Assembly, still maintaining excellent relationships with the leaders in the General Assembly and Governor’s Office, as well as the PIAA, Big 33, higher education leaders, and the Pennsylvania Athletic Commission.

13. We are actively listening and learning from best practice organizations, and high school and collegiate athletic teams, so our organization, and everyone associated with our organization, exemplifies the very best practices, and codes of ethics and professional responsibilities.

We want to be the strongest Pennsylvania-based NIL athletic agency, adhering to an exemplary code of ethics and professional responsibilities to make sure we not only “do no harm” to any athlete or athletic program; but also serve as a leading organization for best practices and information sharing to protect all athletes and athletic programs!
